Things have sure changed a lot. Technology is quickly evolving and people have unfortunately become more separated than ever. But in some ways, some could argue, we’ve become closer.
Having spent half of my life in the pre-technology era, I’ve experienced and recognized the changes that have taken place in the last decade. I also understand and appreciate the importance of exceptional customer service having worked in the hospitality industry for over two decades. I share your frustrations of calling a business about a concern, just to get the run-around and be placed on hold for what seems (and sometimes is), hours- just to have a negative outcome. Or worse yet, get disconnected.
